Director of Sales Rich Bair oversees Hy-Tek Material Handling’s team of sales professionals to help ensure that the company’s market-share objectives, revenue goals, and profit projections are met. Under Rich’s leadership, Hy-Tek is exceeding industry sales standards. According to the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association’s annual national Distribution Industry Statistical Comparison (DISC) report, Hy-Tek consistently outperforms dealers nationwide when it comes to total sales, sales per customer, and sales per employee.
Based in Columbus, Ohio, Rich Bair brings 30 years of industry experience to his position as Hy-Tek Sales Manager. Prior to joining Hy-Tek, Rich held various positions with OKI Systems Limited, including Director of National Account Sales and VP of Sales and Marketing. In addition, Rich served as Major Account Manager for Crown Lift Trucks.
Active professionally, Rich serves on the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) Net Networking Group and is a member of The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Rich Bair holds a BA in English and served on the board of the U of M Alumni Club of Central Ohio.
